César Ramos

Partner

He has extensive experience in designing legal strategies and representing clients in highly complex and high-profile criminal litigation, particularly in economic, property, tax, securities, and constitutional matters. He has led internal corporate investigations, both in Chile and abroad.

He has served on various technical and legislative advisory committees, including the Criminal Procedure Code Reform Committee convened by the Ministry of Justice (2018).

He worked as an advisor in the Studies Department of the Public Criminal Defense Office (2012-2015) and in the Judicial Division of the Ministry of Justice (2011-2012). Subsequently, he was director of criminal litigation at Albagli Zaliasnik (2016-2020) and a partner at Bofill Escobar Silva Abogados (2021-2025).

He is a professor of Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law of Diego Portales University and teaches in various postgraduate programs in criminal and criminal procedure law.

Recognized by international rankings for his leadership and technical expertise, César is a lawyer from the University of Chile, graduating with highest honors, and holds a Master's degree in Business and Corporate Criminal Law from the same institution.
