Jorge Bofill García

Senior Associate

Her professional experience focuses on strategic consulting in public law and natural resources applied to critical infrastructure projects. She has worked in administrative regulation, sanctioning procedures, and administrative litigation, advising and representing public and private stakeholders in complex disputes related to construction contracts and concessions. She has litigated in administrative proceedings before the Comptroller General of the Republic and the Superintendency of the Environment, as well as before specialized courts. In the industry sector, she designed and implemented a strategy for the regulatory framework of seawater desalination and wastewater reuse, aligning industry positions with government agencies and promoting draft legislation, regulations, and technical guidelines.

Her professional career includes the positions of Regulatory Manager at the Chilean Desalination and Reuse Association (2023–2025); and Associate Attorney at Bofill Escobar Silva Abogados (2021–2022). and Legal Advisor/Secretary Attorney for the Public Works Concessions Council at the Ministry of Public Works (2018–2021). Previously, he was an associate attorney at Bofill Escobar Abogados (2016–2018), specializing in construction and concession disputes.

He holds a law degree from Adolfo Ibáñez University (2017) and a Master in Energy & Resources Law from the University of Melbourne (2022–2023). He also holds a Diploma in Accounting and Finance for Professionals from the University of Chile.
