His experience focuses on highly complex criminal litigation, especially in business and corporate criminal law. He has litigated before criminal courts and higher courts of justice. He has also collaborated on internal investigations and the adaptation of crime prevention models to the requirements of Law No. 21,595, the Economic Crimes Law.
He served as a public defender (2021) and as an associate attorney at Harasic, Medina Dal Pozzo Abogados (2021); then at Dal Pozzo Medina (2022-2025); and subsequently at Bofill Escobar Silva Abogados (2025).
Sebastián graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (2020). He has completed a Diploma in Economic Criminal Law at the University of Chile (2022); and a Course in Risk Analysis and Mapping in Compliance at the CRIMINT Center (2023). and a Course on the Crimes of the New Law on Economic Crimes at the University of Chile (2024).
