Her practice focuses on civil litigation, with experience in corporate and regulatory matters, particularly in the context of business disputes.

She has advised companies, investment funds, and startups on corporate matters, as well as on financing processes and investment structuring across various industries, including technology, real estate, fintech, and agritech.

Sofía holds a law degree from Universidad de los Andes (2021). She has further complemented her education with a Diploma in Corporate Law & Compliance and a course in Criminology and Security Sciences (2022).
